It's just a couple of months until the next batch of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! stars appear in the Australian jungle for a 24th series of the ITV show.

Betting sites have been a hive of activity speculating who will be next to brave the programme’s creepy crawlies and the Ant and Dec-hosted show’s dreaded Bushtucker Trials this time around.

Several celebrities have already been linked to a trip Down Under, or will it be more of a Salsa, or a waltz?

Oti Waltzing To Oz

Former Strictly Come Dancing professional dancer Oti Mabuse is the 8/13 favourite on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! betting sites to take part in this year's series.

She won Strictly’s Glitterball Trophy twice during her stint on the BBC Latin and ballroom show, but she could have her eye on being named Queen of the Jungle later this year.

An ITV insider told The Sun newspaper: "Oti is a brilliant name for I’m A Celebrity, she’s hugely popular and well liked by the ITV audience so bosses are over the moon she could be a campmate this year.

"She’s very much seen as being part of the ITV family of stars and is always guaranteed to be great fun."

Another Strictly connection could see former competitor Zara McDermott (7/2) sign up for I'm A Celebrity, which would come one year after her boyfriend Sam Thompson won the 2023 series.

Loose Ladies Heading Down Under?

Loose Women stars Olivia Attwood and GK Barry have also been linked with I'm A Celebrity.

Olivia is no stranger to the Australian jungle-based show after she appeared on the programme in 2022, only for her time to be cut short after just two days due to a health issue.

But the star has recently confirmed she has unfinished business Down Under.

She told The Sun newspaper: "The jungle will be getting finished at some point, one thousand per cent. I can’t rest until I’ve finished it."

While Olivia has played down suggestions she could take part in this year's series, this could be a tactic to deflect attention away from her possible imminent return.

She added: "Probably not this year. From a purely logistical point of view, it would be almost impossible."

Despite this, Olivia is 15/8 on I'm A Celebrity betting sites to take part in this year's I'm A Celebrity, and her fellow Loose Women panellist GK Barry is just 6/4.

Another ITV star, Coronation Street legend Alan Halsall - who plays Tyrone Dobbs in the soap - is 13/8 to rock up in the jungle, while outgoing Corrie icon Helen Worth is 5/1.

Should Alan sign up, he could pick up some tips from one of his best mates, fellow Corrie actor Andy Whyment, who finished second in the 19th series of the show in 2019.

Whyment lost out to EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa that year, and one of Jossa's fellow Albert Square residents, Natalie Cassidy, is 3/1 for an I'm A Celebrity appearance this year.

Tom Diving Into I'm A Celebrity

While soaps stars are a regular fixture on I'm A Celebrity, sports stars are, too.

After announcing his retirement from diving when he returned home from this summer's Olympic Games, Tom Daley has been linked with this year's series, and he is just 7/4 on betting apps to sign up.

However, last month he distanced himself from I'm A Celebrity speculation.

He told the Evening Standard newspaper: "My Syncro partner [Matty Lee], from Tokyo, went into the [I’m A Celebrity] castle in 2021 and he said he had a great time, but for me I just can’t imagine spending that much time away from my kids and not being able to contact them.

"I think that would be the hardest so no, not any time soon anyway."

He is just 13/8 on specials betting sites to do so, and he could pick up some tips from one of his best mates, fellow Corrie actor Andy Whyment, who finished second in the 19th series of the show in 2019.

Whyment lost out to EastEnders actress Jacqueline Jossa that year, and one of Jossa's fellow Albert Square residents, Natalie Cassidy, could feature in this year's I'm A Celebrity series.

What's more, Daley admitted he would struggle to chow down on a kangaroo's private parts - as some of the show's contestants have done over the years.

He explained: "Also, the eating thing freaks me out. There’s no way I could eat like, a kangaroo testicle. That is not for me."

Other sports stars who could be in this year's I'm A Celebrity conversation include 16-time world darts champion Phil Taylor (7/4), now-retired tennis legend Sir Andy Murray - who played his last-ever match at this summer's Paris 2024 Games - and 800 metres gold-medallist Keely Hodgkinson.

Murray is just 2/1 on new betting sites to head to the Australian jungle after hanging up his racquet, while Hodgkinson is 5/2, the same price as Australian breakdancer Rachael Gunn.

The star, who goes by the stage name Raygun, went viral for the wrong reasons during Paris 2024 after she received three straight zeros from the judges for her performance.

The UK reality TV show is filmed in her native Australia, so she won't have to shimmy too far from home if she does take part.

Another Olympian who could be involved is Andrea Spendolini-Sirieix (4/1), who won bronze in the Women's 10m synchronized platform diving.

Not only that, but she is the daughter of First Dates maitre d' and former I'm A Celebrity star Fred Sirieix, meaning Spendolini-Sirieix could pick up plenty of jungle tips from her father.
