Saturday's Horse Racing Tips

13:25 Epsom - Portsmouth

Andrew Balding has won this race three times and his runner Portsmouth can add to the tally.

A winner here in April he just failed at Goodwood last time at his first attempt at 10f.

Reunited with Oisin Murphy (on board at Epsom) on ground that will suit he merits a wager.

14:00 Epsom – Sparks Fly

Sparks Fly won 8 times last year ending with a cosy win in a Listed race in France.

She may have not stopped improving and steps up to Group 3 today on a course which promises to suit.

Any further rain will only enhance her chance.

14:35 Epsom – Regal Reality

Winner of this race last year Michael Stoutes 9y.o. gelding Regal Reality has a good chance of becoming another dual winner of this Group 3.

He blew the start at Chester last time but should be sharper today and under Ryan Moore has an excellent chance.

Suggested Staking Plan

  • 13:25 Epsom - 1 pt.  PORTSMOUTH
  • 14:00 Epsom - 1 pt. SPARKS FLY
  • 14:35 Epsom - 1 pt. REGAL REALITY
  • TOTAL STAKE: 3 points.
