Fanatics Sportsbook has done a great job delivering a pleasant user experience with features that help the brand showcase itself as more than just a sports betting operator. The cross-promotional genius of tying rewards on Fanatics’ retail site to bets wagered on Fanatics Sportsbook tells me that I’m being given a world-class customer experience across multiple platforms.
Scrolling through the navigation in the app is smooth, and there’s little lag when using the app on both iOS and Android apps.
When you add in that I can watch live NFL games from within the app, which encourages me to take advantage of live betting and timely promos, the user experience I’m being given with Fanatics is top notch.
