Gentleman Jim is a new addition to the long list of betting sites UK punters have to choose from, arriving on our screens in March 2024.

There are currently no new customer signup bonuses or free bets on either website, which is surprising in this highly competitive environment. DragonBet does offer some good promotions for customers, though, and these could be mirrored at Gentleman Jim at any given time.

The Gentleman Jim app downloaded remarkably quickly on Android and was pleasantly easy to navigate. The betting markets I was looking for were easily located on a clear and well-designed app.
Not all apps are as responsive as the Gentleman Jim app, which is worth downloading to discover its excellent range of betting markets that can be accessed.
Some reviews did not react favourably to the Gentleman Jim app, but I found it as efficient as many other betting apps on the market and I've added it to my list of online betting apps on my mobile device.

No evidence of a customer support section was found, and users with queries do not have access to a helpline or live chat. An FAQ section is available and provides solutions to many general queries and questions.
The only way I could contact Gentleman Jim was through the ‘Give us Feedback’ link at the bottom of the desktop site, or through their social media channels.
When clicking on the feedback link, those wanting advice on various matters concerning the website are provided with an email address for the support desk.
Even among new betting sites, more is expected from a bookmaker when it comes to dealing with its customers.

I could not find any links to their safer gambling section except on the home page, where there is a link in the banners at the top. It can be easily missed as it is the last scrolling banner on the list.
